Steak Pizziaola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. boneless chuck or sirloin steak (big and flat, looks like London Broil but thinner)
    4 to 6 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. oregano or more to taste
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. pasta
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil until slightly brown (do not burn!). Saute steak in garlic and oil until browned.
    Remove steak and set aside.
    Add cans of tomatoes, basil, parsley and oregano.
    Salt and pepper to taste and a dash of sugar.
    Cook sauce 20 minutes without meat.
    Add meat back to sauce and continue to cook for another 15 minutes (according to desired meat tenderness).
    Serve over rice or pasta.
