Meat Loaf-Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. sage
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork (or mild sausage)
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. table mustard
    1/3 c. catsup
    a little garlic (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add milk, onion, salt, nutmeg, sage, pepper, ground beef, ground pork and bread crumbs.
    Mix well with your hands, keeping it light.
    Shape into a meat loaf and cover with a sauce of brown sugar, mustard, catsup and garlic.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
