Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. diet margarine
    2 medium Vidalia onions, sliced thin
    1 (8 oz.) container nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 c. Hellmann's light reduced calorie mayonnaise
    6 oz. Scramblers (1 1/2 small cartons)
    1/4 c. real bacon bits
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped chives or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 tsp. fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried (optional)
    1 prebaked pie crust, pricked
Preparation
    Saute onions in melted margarine or in microwave in broth (toss to coat; separate).
    Cook until transparent.
    Mix in bowl the yogurt, mayo, Scramblers, bacon bits, chives and thyme; season with a dash of salt and pepper.
    Stir in onions.
    Pour into crust. Sprinkle with small amount of Parmesan cheese if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
