Bible Study Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
1 egg (large) or 2 small, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (unsifted)
1 can Solo pie filling (blueberry, strawberry, etc.)

Preparation

Cream margarine and butter with sugar.
Add egg, then vanilla and flour.
Put 2/3 of batter in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Spread pie filling over batter, then dab or glob the remaining batter over filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
