Quick Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Mix beef with egg, crumbs, sage, salt, pepper and milk.
Shape into balls; brown on all sides in hot fat in skillet.
