Zucchini Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Preparation

Mix together and form patties. Roll in regular bread crumbs. Fry in electric frypan with a little oil. Serve with cocktail or tartar sauce.
