Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. canned lobster, drained
    4 oz. canned shrimp, drained
    6 1/2 oz. canned crab, drained
    1/2 lb. scallops, fresh or frozen
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sherry or white wine
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine for topping
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put lobster, shrimp, crab and chicken into large bowl.
    Break up into bite-size pieces, removing cartilage.
    Cover scallops with water in medium saucepan.
    Boil 5 minutes and drain.
    Cut in half and add to bowl.
    Set aside.
    In same saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour, mustard and salt.
    Add milk.
    Cook, stirring until mixture boils.
    Add sour cream and sherry or wine.
    Pour over contents in bowl.
    Stir lightly to combine.
    Pour into 2 1/2 quart (3L) casserole.
