Pickled Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 large head cabbage, finely chopped
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    1 large purple onion, sliced
    chopped celery (optional)
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Place cabbage, pepper, onion and celery in alternate layers in large bowl and cover with sugar.
