Stay Night Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped (green onions are good)
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Any vegetable tastes so much better if it is steamed slightly and not boiled to death.
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, yellow squash, green beans and asparagus are excellent.
May be served with melted cheese or Hollandaise Sauce, if you are allowed; however just plain or
a little lemon pepper is so good and so good for you.
