Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Shape in 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Crisscross with fork. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Makes 4 dozen.
