Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    dash of black pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    dash of onion
Preparation
    Brown rice in cooking oil.
    Add finely chopped onions.
    Mash garlic and cumin seed.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in tomato sauce and stir.
    Add water or chicken broth.
    Bring to boil 5 to 10 minutes.
    Lower heat and simmer, covered, until done.
