Cajun-Spiced Shrimp With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 stick butter
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 lb. fresh shrimp
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. pasta (spirals)
    1 small zucchini, diced
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    2 Roma tomatoes, diced
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp. dried)
    Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
Preparation
    Combine spices and garlic in small bowl.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    When there is about 3 minutes left, melt 1/2 stick butter in frypan; add spices and peeled shrimp and saute until pink, about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
    Drain pasta.
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter in pasta pot; return pasta to pot and stir in shrimp mixture.
    Keep warm.
    Add last 1 tablespoon butter to frypan.
    Cook zucchini and green onions for 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes and parsley and cook a few seconds.
    Add to pasta and mix well.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese and a salad.
