Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    8 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
Preparation
    Mix together chili, onions and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Spread about 2 heaping tablespoons of mixture down center of tortilla and roll up.
    Place in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan as you go.
    Spread remaining mixture (should be about half of it) over the top, completely covering rolls.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
