Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 c. peeled tomatoes
2 c. green bell peppers, chopped
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
5 to 6 cloves garlic, diced
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Mix ingredients in large stock pot.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Process in water bath canner for 15 to 20 minutes.
