Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    4 carrots
    4 potatoes
    1 rib celery
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together; add meat, mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery and potatoes.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir and then cook for another 30 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
