Chocolate Shell Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.
    Chill and prepare dough.
    Cream butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
    Beat well and blend in flour, cocoa and salt.
    Shape into balls, using half teaspoonful for each.
    Flatten each ball and place 1/4 teaspoonful of peanut butter mixture in center.
    Shape dough around filling, pressing to seal.
    Pinch ends and centers of cookies to form \"peanuts\".
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
    Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
