Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. cheese, cubed
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook all vegetables in the water in a large, covered saucepan for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Add seasonings.
Add milk to the flour and blend.
Then add to vegetable mixture and cook to thicken.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
