Hamburger Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
6 eggs
cheese (for top)

Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion.
Add salt and pepper.
Spread in cake pans.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with pizza sauce and cheese; bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
