Zucchini Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    2 c. diced potatoes
    8 oz. sliced Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain the ground beef.
    Slice and parboil the zucchini.
    Cook the potatoes.
    In a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole dish, layer the beef, zucchini squash, potatoes and cheese.
    Mix the soup and milk.
    Pour over.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
