Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 tart apples
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut pared apples into eighths and place in buttered casserole. Pour liquid over apples and sprinkle with brown sugar evenly. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon and lightly with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
