Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    dash of garlic
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry
    rice
    in
    saucepan
    using a small amount of oil or olive oil.
    Add onion and fry. Add tomatoes. Cover with water and simmer until
    water
    is
    gone and rice is fluffy.
    Do not stir.
