Tony'S Shrimp Jambalaya Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    4 cloves garlic
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 cloves, chopped
    1 lb. boiled ham, diced
    2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 c. cooked rice
    seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter for 5 minutes until clear.
    Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add garlic, celery, bell pepper, parsley, thyme and cloves.
    Cook 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in rice. Season to taste and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
