Mary'S Baked Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (small curd)
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat
    cottage
    cheese
    and cream cheese together for 10 minutes or until really smooth.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    Also add juice
    from
    lemon and vanilla.
    Melt margarine and cool.
    Add cornstarch and flour to mixture.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Grease and flour
    spring-form
    pan.
    Bake
    1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Leave in oven to
    cool for 2 hours or more.
    Take knife and cut around edges before
    releasing sides of pan.
    Upset onto cake plate. Any pie filling can be used for topping as you wish.
