Sauteed Zucchini And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, scraped and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
Preparation
    Saute carrots in butter over medium heat 4 minutes. Add onion; cook 1 minute. Add zucchini and next 3 ingredients; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Garnish if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
