Health Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. fresh bean sprouts
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. grated carrots
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 slice bread of choice
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. yogurt
2 Tbsp. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation

Toss the first 6 ingredients and place on bread.
Combine the honey, lemon juice and yogurt; blend until smooth.
Spoon the dressing over the vegetables and sprinkle alfalfa sprouts on top.
