Swiss Ring Around - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. chunk ham, chicken or turkey
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In bowl combine parsley, onion, mustard, margarine and lemon juice; blend well.
    Add cheese, broccoli and meat; mix lightly; set aside.
    On greased cookie sheet arrange crescent roll triangles, points toward the outside.
    Bases of triangle should form a circle with bases overlapping.
    The center of circle should be about 3 inches in diameter.
    Spoon mixture evenly over base.
    Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
