Breakfast Before - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
4 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter (or use cooking spray) a 12 x 8-inch dish.
Spread bread cubes in bottom of dish.
Brown sausage and drain well.
Spread evenly over bread.
Mix milk, eggs, salt and mustard until well blended.
Pour over sausage.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
