El Rancho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover; cook slowly until macaroni is done.
    Add cheese cubes.
    Turn heat off; let set for few minutes.
    Stir before serving.
