Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
    Blend in potatoes and vanilla.
    Combine flour, cocoa and soda; add alternating with milk, blending well after each addition.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    You may ice or serve with Cool Whip.
