Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (454 g) sausage
    1 lb. (454 g.) apple butter
Preparation
    Roll sausage into small balls.
    Fry balls at medium heat, turning frequently, until brown on all sides.
    Put apple butter in a chafing dish and heat.
    Add warm sausage to apple butter in chafing dish and allow to stand for 30 minutes or more.
    Serve hot with toothpicks.
    Yields 50.
