Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar junior carrots (baby food)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.
