Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado, peeled
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 medium tomato, diced fine
1/2 medium onion, diced fine
2 Tbsp. lime juice
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced or 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mash together the avocado and Ricotta cheese.
Fold in the tomato and onion.
Season with lime juice, pepper and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
