Bread Dressing For Fowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets from 1 bird, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 c. bread, broken in small pieces
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. nutmeats (black walnuts preferred)
    milk to moisten
Preparation
    Saute giblets in butter.
    Remove giblets and saute onions. Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a shallow pan until browned.
