Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. Alaska shrimp
    1/2 lb. Alaska crab meat
    salt, paprika and a few grains cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in flour, then slowly add cream and stir constantly until thickened.
    Stir in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add shrimp and crab and stir gently over low heat until through.
    Season with salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.
