Zucchini Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice and extract.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to the egg mixture and mix well.
    Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
    Cool and frost.
