Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground seeded jalapeno peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
    4 to 5 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Boil.
    Remove from heat for 5 minutes.
    Pour Certo and food coloring into mixture.
    Bring to boil for 1 minute and pour into jars while hot.
    Cap jars and refrigerate.
    When cool, excellent served over cream cheese with wheat crackers.
