Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    6 medium chicken breasts
    green onion to taste
    cornstarch
    4 eggs
    soy sauce
    1 c. cashews
Preparation
    Cut chicken in chunks.
    Let stand in 6 tablespoons soy sauce for 30 minutes.
    Dip chicken in egg.
    Roll in cornstarch.
    Fry in oil.
    Add soup and soy sauce mixture.
    Add water and cashews. Simmer 15 minutes, covered.
