German-Style Potato Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. link smoked sausage, cut in 1 inch sliced
4 c. frozen potatoes O'Brien
1 c. water
2 tsp. Wyler's or Steero beef flavor instant bouillon
1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In large skillet, brown sausage.
Stir in potatoes, 3/4 cup water and bouillon; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour over meat mixture; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Serves 4.
