Banana Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 limes
    6 ripe bananas (3 3/4 c. sliced)
    1 c. water
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 vanilla bean
    1 tsp. banana extract
Preparation
    Squeeze limes and set aside.
    Peel and slice bananas 1/4-inch thick.
    Pour lime juice over bananas; stir and set aside.
