Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Toss rhubarb and strawberries in bowl with flour, sugar and salt.
    Let stand about 20 minutes.
    Prepare 9-inch pie crust. Pour fruit mixture into unbaked pie crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Mix milk and egg together.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes.
