Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
    pecans
    coconut
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    16 oz. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Lightly grease (13 x 9-inch) dish/pan or use a nonstick spray. Mix together 1 cup pecans and 1 cup coconut and sprinkle in bottom of dish.
    Follow directions on box for preparing cake mix, pour over pecans and coconut.
    Mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla flavor by hand (do not use mixer). Spoon over top of cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
