Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast, soften in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
Preparation
    Combine yeast and warm water.
    Set aside.
    Combine all remaining ingredients together.
    Add the softened yeast.
    Add 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups sifted flour.
    Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
    Stir dough down.
    Turn into well-greased 2-quart casserole. Let rise until light.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with kosher salt.
