Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion (or less)
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger slightly and saute onion until clear.
    Drain. Spread in 10-inch pie plate.
    Cover with cheese.
    In separate bowl, mix together milk, eggs, Bisquick or Jiffy, salt and pepper. Pour over hamburger mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when testing.
    Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
