Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. margarine, divided
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender (8 minutes). Drain well.
    Mix with next 9 ingredients.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Mix stuffing mix and 1/4 cup margarine.
    Put on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
