Quick Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom pieces and stems (optional)
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans (optional)
    1 can (10) biscuits
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can undrained tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, brown sausage and onion.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, oregano, basil, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. (Also pork and beans, if so desired).
    Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring until slightly thickened.
