Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, prepared according to pkg. directions
    2 to 3 c. cooked turkey, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese, melted
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk or 1 c. milk and 1 c. turkey broth
    1 small can pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in margarine.
    Add flour and stir.
    Slowly add the melted cheese and all remaining ingredients.
    Mix.
    Place in a large buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until center begins to bubble.
