Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 large sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
1/2 to 1 c. sugar (1/2 is plenty for me)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar *
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Melt butter.
Add remaining ingredients to melted butter. Crumble over sweet potato mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
