Alabama Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 scant c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
8 to 10 large peaches, sliced
Preparation

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced peaches.
Mix egg, sugar, vanilla, and flour.
Drizzle over peaches.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until filling is set and pie crust is done.
Cool.
Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
