Foolproof Bake-A-Long Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs (egg substitute can be used in equivalent quantities)
2/3 c. instant powdered milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. hot water
nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk powder, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Blend well and stir in hot water.
Pour into custard
cups or large baking dish.
If desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
