Sherried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cans mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sherry
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Lightly brown chicken breasts in butter.
    Then remove to a 8 x 10-inch casserole dish.
    Brown 2 onions, add mushrooms, drained. Add a little flour, about 2 tablespoons and liquid from mushrooms, also, 1/2 cup sherry.
    Pour over chicken and cook in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Mix together 1/2 pint sour cream and 1/2 cup sherry. Pour this over chicken and replace in oven for 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
